The worst service dealer I have been to yet. I had a sensor issue that wasn't fixed until my 3rd trip back. I used the Sunbit payment plan and the so called advisor didn't tell me about a down I had a sensor issue that wasn't fixed until my 3rd trip back. I used the Sunbit payment plan and the so called advisor didn't tell me about a down payment of half the bill(nearly $700) until I committed my credit card to the work. There are 1 or 2 service advisors doing all the work while the others don't acknowledge you. Upon speaking with the service General manager, I asked for a loaner vehicle as a courtesy. Lionel stated. "We don't have courtesy vehicles" "we have rentals but they are all out" which one is it?? A serious waste of time and money. I have witnessed other customers complaining that they had to return several times to get the work done on their vehicles. So if you want to spend hundreds of dollars and multiple trips back to the service department come to nissan of the bronx. The service advisors will ignore you and the general manager will make excuses. More
The service was expensive, however I'm happy I took my car there. I wished that I ha received a call or text that my car was ready for pick up.
