I am a first time car owner and had no experience with the maintenance on it. She was so sweet and explained to me my options and even guided me in how to get to service. She even stepped outside to show me the entrance because I was so lost. Once I arrive, Peterson was very friendly and Kevin was so informative and guided me on the steps of what needed to be done so my car would get the required maintenance. I then went on to meet with Yassiel. She was also fantastic! She helped me with questions I had about the value of the car and refinancing it. She introduced me to Lou and another employee that I wish I could remember his name, to help with other information that would guide me with having a better experience as a car owner. I have an appointment on Friday July 21st @ 4pm with Yassiel and I can't wait to return!!! Nissan made such a great choice in selecting their team to represent them. I could not have asked for better customer service. They blew it out the park!!! More

Leslie was very nice, but I have to say that I am not happy with work that was done to my car. I paid $1,844 and the AC, which is why I went there in the first place, is not working the way is suppose t happy with work that was done to my car. I paid $1,844 and the AC, which is why I went there in the first place, is not working the way is suppose to. One of the vents is not working as it was before and the explanation that was given to me as for why the vent is not working (the radio is not an original Nissan), I know it's wrong. The four vents were working the same before I took the car to Nissan of the Bronx. Another thing that I did not like is that you guys took three days to "fix the AC". The worst thing for me is that Nissan exaggerates when charging customers and the job was not done properly. More
