Hi Mrs Banks this is Anthony from Nissan. Thank you for speaking with me about this issue of there being water in your car. I'm glad we were able to clear us some of the concerns. As we discussed, as a repair facility, our primary area of expertise is fixing problems with vehicles. Such as the clogged drains that your vehicle had due to dirt and debris being in them. Cleaning the interior of the floor and carpets is not a service we offer or provide. We tried to assist as best as possible with a wet vac that we have and use for our rentals but that was done as a courtesy to try and help assist with the excess water. Going forward, if there is any issue with the work that was recently done with unclogging the drains please let us know. Thank you and Take care.

Hi Mrs Wilson, the courtesy check which is the MPI or Multi Point Inspection checks all the maintenance items on the car, like brakes, batteries tires, windshield wipers, headlights etc.. It is not meant to check any warning lights or indicators. That is a Diagnostic inspection which is different. After confirming with Greg we did end up fixing the concern with the collision sensor/traction sensor making an adjustment that fixed the issue.
