I made an appointment to have my brakes checked on my 2018 Nissan Rogue and it was quite easy. When I showed up at service department, Leslie Dedona took care of me and was quite knowledgeable on the pro 2018 Nissan Rogue and it was quite easy. When I showed up at service department, Leslie Dedona took care of me and was quite knowledgeable on the procedure to check vehicle and explained parts & labor. I dropped off the car and went home to wait. I was called and told all four wheels needed brakes and I authorized the repairs. I was called 2 hrs later and told my vehicle was ready. Again, Leslie Dedona explained pricing and was able to offer a discount on the price and so I was happy with the whole process. Thank you Leslie for making it easy! More
