Dear corvettegolf, On behalf of Teddy Nissan I want apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. It is certainly our intention to provide outstanding customer service. In regards to this deal, we were ready willing and able to sell you the 2007 Murano at the price advertised. I admit that we initially misquoted you on the value of your trade. But afterwards you and I were able to come to an agreement. The deal breaker was that you wanted us to guarantee the value of your trade non contingent on a physical inspection. I explained that as long as your car was everything you said it was there would not be a problem, the same way if my car wasn’t everything I said it was you wouldn’t be obligated to buy it. I know this to be a common practice in buying high price items over the internet. However, I do appreciate the opportunity to do business with you and wish you good luck in your search for a new car. Mr. Risso's rebuttal is not 100% accurate but it's all good. I found the exact same vehicle on the internet, actually a SE instead if the SL model, at another dealership. We completed the transaction by phone and email drove to pick it up WITHOUT incident. Internet sales are where it's at in these times. If you're not moving forward you're moving backwards!
