I dropped by the dealer on April 16th, after seeing a flyer at work about an employee discount. Took a drive over to Teddy Nissan. Upon arriving, my review of the facility's looks was that it was fairly modern, with an 8 vehicle showroom. Upon drooling from a white nissan 370z I was greeted by a salesman (Pedro), who was real informative. I came in window shopping, and ended up leaving a deposit on a White Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V. He stated it would take him 2 business days to get. Man I wish he would've checked the entire east coast inventory at all nissan dealers, because this sort of put a strain on our transaction. White, with navigation specifically, was not available for atleast a couple weeks. But pedro did tell me blue could be sourced. So I was given a eta of april 23rd. 23rd came and went, and although I was a bit frustrated, Pedro assured me he was doing all he could to get me the car, on Monday April 26 I was told the vehicle was located and they would have it the following day. I was a bit frustrated to say the least because I am one of those people that's sort of an impulse buyer. The worst kind of impulse buyer, who demands like instant fulfilment. I was soo blinded by my furry that I began to create the feeling of being given the run around, when in reality these guys were busting their butts to get me this vehicle... Well Tuesday April 27th came along, at 4pm I received a call from Pedro who told me I should drive on over because they've got my vehicle waiting for me on the lot. After waiting 11 days... I can't tell you how happy I am that they went far and wide and got me the vehicle. Lastly, Julio got me a great deal on the financing end... PS. He sure looks like Mr. Anderson from the matrix. More

From the moment I entered the shop for a tune-up, Paul Rowe was available and courteous. He explained the process and possible time element. In all respects he was correct. At the end of the day, when I picked up the car and noticed a dent not there before, Mr. Rowe addressed the issue quickly, professionally and graciously. He explained that he needed to contact the proper repair person before calling me to arrange a repair date. True to his word, Mr. Rowe called within a two hours to arrange the date for the repair. The repair was made on the day convenient for me and I am very pleased with the results. My kudos to Mr. Rowe for handling both visits with such poise and professionalism. More
