hey, its all good man, i found the car i was looking for from somewhere local, but i would like to say your sales rep "antonio" was a bit unprofessional, i didnt feel the need to air it out in the review, but the guy told us (sara, her dad, her brother and me) "he doesnt work on comission, that he's getting paid whether or not we buy the car", which made me feel that he didnt care whether or not we did in fact buy from you guys, which im sure you know does not help sales @ all, he seemed flustered and upset we werent going for what we where asking, and was a bit rude ( didnt even have the courtesy to say goodbye, just dimissed us to the finance dept and didnt say a word to us after), thought you should know, im all set otherwise, thanks for the response

i understand your concerned about your reputation but that was my experience ,and if you would like better reviews, provide a better experience. lose the pressure tatics, if a customer cannot afford the car that your rep is trying to sell them(or simply doesnt want that car) move onto a car that they can afford, even if you able to sell them a car they cant afford, you still not going to have happy customer. i see Antonio has gotten alot of great reviews and we all have bad days but i mean we spent almost 2 hours fighting over 2k, if he couldnt get it to what we where asking..why keep going back and forth over it, he never changed the price, just changed the length of the loan, which does nothing. have a good one

Hey Mr. Risso, turns out i may be needing another vehicle after all, and if your looking to turn a unsatisfied customer into a happy one then we be able to work something out, i would be looking for a 2006 or higher Nissan Altima, with under 50,000 miles in good condition, minium stratches etc., and i am looking for something @ about 14,000 out the door or better (meaning after taxes etc.), and i saw a 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5 S Sedan you have listed online for $13788, stock#1698U, if you can get this particular vehicle or one similar @ the price im looking for, then we may be able to work something out, let me know, cell#203-300-3451 my name is kevin
