Well after 2 full days of having my new car, I took it to get tinted and to my surprised was advised that my car had been damaged and should return it to Teddy Nissan ASAP. Took it back and of course got the run around until I finally was able to talk to Steven Risso, who assured me that because my family had purchased two vehicles from them and due to the car being sold to me as is, he would order me a Brand New 2010 Nissan, the same one that I had, color and all. Now that is great customer service and customer retention. For those with negative responses, I am wondering if they have allowed Teddy Nissan the opportunity to address their concerns before bashing them on here. Even with my little issue with my new car, I still would recommend them to anyone, just because they get to the bottom of things there, just be patient.
