The friendlyness as you enter the dealership was one that make you want to do business. The quality of service which includes the paper work was professional. This was one of the worst dealer experiences i have ever went through. Yes there facility is new, not exactly "state of the art" like Mr. Rizzo say's, reason being is because thers no Wi-Fi avaiable for cus went through. Juan was one of the most understanding, most helpful sales reps i have ever had the chance to meet and deal with, Wess Williams is a complete character, he kept me laughing with some of his funny jokes. Julio Batista the Finance Mgr is a geat stand up guy. Gabe the other Sales Mgr was a great guy who offered me water,soda, or even food while i stayed. But Steve Rizzo is the complete WORST person anyone can deal with, i never met a person so arrogant, aggressive, idiotic in my life. Steve Rizzo a piece of advice never "PREJUDGE" a person...SALES-101. I ended up buying my Nissan Murano only because how helpful Juan Surian was. I dont recommend this dealer, even though they have been in the business for 1 year, they still have a lot to learn about the automotive business. Mr. Rizzo should try treating his employee's with a little more respect, i saw him curse at some person who works there. Rizzo you dont become a successful business person,CEO of a Nissan Dealer by treating people with disrespect, any person can tell you that. Rizzo you can take this review/compliment and either use it to your advantage or can place it "UP" some where. As for Teddy he can be a nice warming person but it is not right to yell at someone just because there isn't any toilet paper in the bathroom, I had a chance to actually to one of your staff members and from what i herd, it is all bad, especially this toilet paper situation, come'on dont be CHEAP...if you want a successful business you need to put money into it in order to get profit, cutting corners doesnt help ted. Dont buy from this dealer, your better off going else where. More

I was recommended by my brother to go here because he got a good deal on his Nissan from this place. My brother said that this place was good and they will work with you. He was right. The salesman was a great guy and he saw that I really wanted a car so he worked with me, I got what I wanted and I left happy. He also knew alot about cars and knew what he was talking about. We also met Teddy and he was a good guy too. These guys are great and I recommend anyone looking for a car to come to this place. There definitly not like other car salesman I had to deal with. If your going to go ask for Antonio, he wont dissapoint you. More
