I came in to test drive a nissan muran 2007 , which i was told by jen that morning that it was still availible. I dont think this vehicle existed!!! After waiting for about an two hours for finance manager Julio Batiste, I had changed my mind,and asked for my down payment be refunded back to my debit card. I has been two weeks,and I still have not received my refund!!! I am so stressed and sick over this....I just want my money back!!! More
I came in not expecting much. I was actually looking for a used car and went to several places and was turned down. Ed told me I have the perfect car for you. He showed me the Versa and it turned out to be perfect. Because of my handicap the car was a perfect fit. I had all the paperwork with me because I already knew what to bring because remember I was shopping around. I went on a Sunday, the day before Presidents Day and drove a 2011 Nissan Versa home Tuesday night. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. I already have spread the word about this place. My credit is not the best but they worked with me to get a desperately needed car. I am satisified. More

Rajon Lewis is a great sales person to deal with. My first experience buyin a new car was great thanks to him. Juan Garcia was great!! Please ask for him. The dealership is clean and confortable. The dealership has a great selection of New and Pre-owned vehicules. My husband and I brought in our 2002 Mercedes CLK as a trade-in, along with my 2008 Leased Rogue to purchase a 2011 Rogue SV. The next day, my new Rogue SV was ready for me. Eric was very informative of trade-in, along with my 2008 Leased Rogue to purchase a 2011 Rogue SV. The next day, my new Rogue SV was ready for me. Eric was very informative of the options I had. It was a great experience from salesperson to finance. Juan explained the car and connected my cell to have hands-free calling and explained how I can attach my IPOD. The car is beautiful and drives like a dream. I've already been stopped by someone asking where I got it and I recommended them to Teddy Nissan and ask for Steve and Juan! More

Rewind to September 2010... First started by calling Rewind to September 2010... First started by calling up Teddy Nissan and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Great start! So I come in Rewind to September 2010... First started by calling up Teddy Nissan and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Great start! So I come in with my twin sister and we met Juan. He was a great!!! Very sweet and handsome may I add lol.. But to the business aspect, I came in already knowing what vehicle I wanted. However some one had a deposit on it already. He assured us that we will get it, just be patient. So we continued to browse other vehicles in the meantime. I got there in the evening so we had to come back the next day for the financing department. Didn't really have a problem because I don't live that far. Anywho, so the next day Juan wasn't working, but he came in to meet us, talk about going the extra mile for you clients. My parents where out of the country at the time, so we had to wait for there arrival. Juan assured us he wouldn't sell the car, and if it did, he would make sure and find us a comparable car. FAST FOWARD: 4days later, my parents where back in town and we got the paper work going. Suprised my dad got approved, we made our deposit and had to get my dads signature, insurance and be done. There was a little bump in the road, my dad works all day and wouldn't be able to come and sign. So with his managers permission Juan took me and my twin down to manhattan to my dads job to sign the paper work. I was so surprised he went out of his way that much to get us a car. I will never forget this trust me. I only hope they do not let there value and appreciation for the customers decrease, once they get more established. Thought it may have seemed it wasn't going to happen for a minute, Juan kept telling me to be positive and he was right, picked my dad up from work that day after the fact that we already went to the city for him to sign the paper, and they finalized the deal, and I got my car a 2009 Mitsubishi Galant. A couple of weeks later I heard a noise from the brakes, brought it back and got it fixed free of charge that same day, I so adore this dealership for the professional demeanor. After going to 4 other dealers, this one tops the cake! Thanks so much JUAN! More
