ANYWHO TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT WE RETURNED THE NEXT DAY TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE MY MOTHER DECIDED OVER NIGHT THAT THE VEHICLE SHE HAD CHOSEN WASN'T THE ONE SHE WANTED, SO AGAIN WE WENT BACK TO THE LOT WITH MR. JAMES SO THAT SHE CAN ONCE AGAIN LOOK AT SOME MORE CARS. AFTER ABOUT 1 HOUR SHE MADE A DECISION.. BOTH MR. JAMES AND MR. WILSON MADE SURE THAT WE WERE SATISFIED.. ONCE MY MOMS DECISION WAS MADE WE PROCEEDED WITH MR. WILSON WHO THEN HELPED US FINALIZE THE PAPER WORK.. I went to Nissan Teddy due to an internet page I was directed to, Checked out the prices thought they were reasonable. Recieved a call same day i put an interest notification online. The dealership was full of lively people which to me meant something must have been good at the dealership, one car after the other left the lot. Mr. Figuera went above and beyond duty to try to answer our questions, and to make our needs were met in returns to leaving with our vehicle. gave us information in regards to the whole lease process, We would strongly recommend the dealership and our Rep should anyone inquire about a used or new car. My mother and I stopped my Teddy Nissan and met with William James while inquiring about a Versa Hatchback. However we did visit another Nissan dealer and I literally looked at my mom and said we're going back to William. We met with him again on Saturday to go over the options and although he was busy with a client he took the time to personally greet us when we came thru the door. He allowed us onto the lot to get in and look at as many cars as we wanted to. Due to the ongoing tent sale I must admit that we had to wait a while to actually sit down with William however that is how we met Joel. Joel was instrumental as well in the purchase of this car...although he was new to this job (only 4 days in) he was attentive and very easy to talk to. He listened to what I wanted and did everything he could to make sure I was happy. I must admit that the staff here is very attentive and polite. My mom and I felt so comfortable the whole time we were there. This was actually my first car buying experience and I could not be happier. The finanical person Nick was able to get me an awesome deal with the bank...I could not have asked for anything more from this experience. Thanks again to my two reps...William James and Joel Vega...because of them I am happily driving a 2011 Nissan Versa hatchback that I absolutely love! More
