I went to Teddy Nissan from Bridgeport Ct to buy a car. I first inquired information on the internet and they responded right away. I had a appointment today 6/23/11 at 11:15am. When i got out of my car a man approched me and provided customer service right away and that was Mr. William James. He showed me the car i was looking at and started the paper work right after. I did not leave until 8:45 pm but while i waited to get everything done financaly every staff member was corteus and pleasent. Every one worked as a team and i walked out with the car i wanted. Food was provided for me and my friend form one of the sales men. Everyone including the the service department made shore my car was washed, cleaned and ready to drive. I recommend Teddy Nissan because they really treat people as people. More
