I gave Teddy Nissan and its wonderful and friendly staff high ratings because as soon as you walk in the dealership, you are greated with a smile and someone eager to help you. In my case, I was referred by someone and dealt with Garfield as my saleman. He was a pleasure to deal with and if it werent for my prior obligations on the initial day I went in to the dealership, I would have been able to drive my car off the lot the same day! He got me the best deal possible for my trade in, which I appreciated and Nick in finance worked wonders with getting me approved because due to my credit, I was sure I was not getting into a new car!! I love my new Altima and would definitely refer others to this dealership!! Teddys are very loveable and so is this dealership! Great job! More
My wife and I had a great experience at Teddy Nissan with a new three year lease on a 2012 Sentra SR. We were really pleased. He was direct and very fair with us and we appreciated that. We were happy to come back and give Teddy our business after a previous lease we had done with them; one we were also very pleased with. Our experience at the dealrship was painless and surprisingly quick. Jeff Kirsh was our salesman on the floor the day we came into Teddy and he was very easy-going and a pleasure to work with. Customer service was great! Both William & Nick were very courteous and considerate to our needs when purchasing our car. I have given this rating due to the very poor treatment that I received from the Sales Mgr - Gabriel Salcedo. I called Teddy Nissan on Wed 3/8 based on an internet add for a 2007 Honda Ridgeline that w that I received from the Sales Mgr - Gabriel Salcedo. I called Teddy Nissan on Wed 3/8 based on an internet add for a 2007 Honda Ridgeline that was advertised for $18,493. I spoke with Jonathon Mercedes and confirmed the vehicle was still available (free from any cust deposits), the price was correct and I made the appt to come in to see/test drive the vehicle on Saturday 3/11. On Friday (3/10) both Jonathon and Gabriel both called to confirm that I was still going to keep the appt. I confirmed that I would be at the dealership between 9-9:30am. When I arrived I asked for Jonathon and no one seemed to have heard of him. It wasn;t until I was assigned to a different Sales rep that I was told that Jonathon was not in and that he is an Internet Sales Rep sitting at their other dealership down the road and does not ever meet the customers. The Sales rep that was assigned to us was Lundy. Nice guy but he was put into a bad situation by Gabriel. After spending over an hour at the dealership we began to work through the numbers and I was told the price of the vehicle was NOT $18,493, but instead was $20,493. Lundy showed me this price on their internet site and I also confirmed the price on Auto Trader has also been changed to $20,493. I asked Lundy to ask the Sales Mgr if he could confirm that the price was actually $18,493 when I called and spoke to Jonathon on Wed and made my appt. Lundy brought Gabriel to the table and Gabriel did confirm that the price was indeed marked down to $18,493 when I had called and made the appt for Saturday. When I stated that he needed to honor that price because it was noted in their records that I had called and set the appt for Saturday and the price at the time of setting the appt was $18,493, Gabriel stated, "I don't have to honor anything". He stated he would NOT honor the price that had been quoted to me two days prior and was the reason why I chose to drive the 1 1/2 hrs distance and that he himself confirmed the appt the day before. I have bought most of all of my cars from dealerships and of them all, I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally and shown no respect from someone who I had spoken with only the day before. This type of practice is ONLY a LURE to get the customer in and then make the change (switch of price) once they're in the building. More
Waited there for hours to be persuaded to pay for services that may have not been needed. They are extremely overpriced when it comes to maintenance services for yor car. I wasn't given a final cos services that may have not been needed. They are extremely overpriced when it comes to maintenance services for yor car. I wasn't given a final cost until after work was completed which made me feel forced to pay. Also they recommended other services which the guy said it was urgent. I left there and went to another mechanic and the other mechanic checked my car telling me these things were not needed to be done at the time. Nissan was going to charge me $400 for 2 flushes that was not needed. These flushes would of only cost 130 at another mechanic. I don't recommend getting any maintence that is not covered under there. More
