I am a single mom on a budget and knew exactly what I could afford. I obtained financing through Capital One prior to arriving to the dealership. I met with Rajon Lewis and he was great. Friendly soft spoken and made me feel comfortable (which is very important) I felt I could trust him. I test drove a Versa and liked it. I explained to him that this was the first dealership and I have several others I would like go to and see what they have to offer as well and that in two days I will make my decision. I had my father call the next day and ask all the questions that a person should ask when buying car. ( I had no clue what ask) He also inquired about their inventory and if there was a better option for me. He was then transfered to Alex Martinez (who he was told was the GM) who said for $500 more he could put me into 3 other cars that were newer than my original selection. I was so excited when I got the news and rushed out there right after work. I got there at 5pm and Rajon was with another customer. I waited and was seen at 7:15pm and was told they sold the 2 cars one last night and the other this morning. When I asked about the third car I was told "Oh yeah thats gone too". Which lead me to believe the cars never existed. I told them I had my heart set on the Sentra and do they have any in stock at that price. And with a smile he said I will check, 25mins later I was told they had one but for an amount outside my budget. So I decided to stick with the car I originally test drove and agreed on a price with him. And with a smile he says let me see what I can do. 15mins later he tells me the price we agreed on has went up because another buyer offered more money and I would need to beat that offer. A buyer who was not in the dealership at that moment, but who had came by earlier in that day. I explained to him that I refuse to buy the car for more money than we agreed upon. At this point he convince me to try and finance through a different bank because he feels they can beat Capital One. I agreed and all they could offer was the option to lease. At this point I was exhausted, frustrated and my 5year old daughter was tired and hungry. I explained to him that my day started at 1am when my daughter had asthma attack and Im ready to leave. As I started to walk out the door he offered me the same car I originally selected for more money still but less than this mysterious buyer. To sum this all up I am very disappointed in the way this was handle. I put my trust into Rajon and Teddy Nissan to be left without a car as well as wasting 4hrs of valuable car shopping time. He knew I had to turn in my current vehicle the next day. They use my need for a vehicle and my limited time as a tool to try and squeeze more money out of me. I was honest and upfront with them when I walked in to their dealership I expected the same from them. Even if my budget was to change I would never come back and buy a car from them they dont deserve my business. More

The sales preson williams james was able to get me leave witrh a car. I buy cars from the auction and export them over seas for sale. So it is very difficult for me to be convinced to buy one from a reputab witrh a car. I buy cars from the auction and export them over seas for sale. We read great reviews and were able to confirm that Teddy's really warrants glowing reviews. They didn't have our car available and went the extra mile to meet our preferences. In a period of two days, I was able to pick up my new car (Cayenne Red Nissan Juke). Since, I have received many compliments. I am extremely satisfied with this deal. We highly recommend Teddy's.
