Juan seemed a nice guy in my first visit so I went back. He said he will give me Invoice Price as model year has ended. He gave me a price and said this is the Invoice. When I doubted as I remembered a lowe He said he will give me Invoice Price as model year has ended. He gave me a price and said this is the Invoice. When I doubted as I remembered a lower figure, he says don't you trust me. I took his word and it turns out Edmunds says the Invoice is $400 less. I read another review here complaining about the Finance Guy. For his information this was not a mistake or he did not know the details it was purposeful. He did it to me charging $1500 extra and wanted me to quickly sign it. I looked and pointed it out to him and then he corrected it. So Beware look before you sign. More
Jesus, the young salesman, was excellent. The vehicles I test drove and was ready to sign a check for without haggling a price, were suddenly "on hold" for a potential buyer who seemed to appear only when I test drove and was ready to sign a check for without haggling a price, were suddenly "on hold" for a potential buyer who seemed to appear only when I requested that the stains/ broken items in the vehicle be repaired. Alex the sales manager told me he could not sell me (I was from out-of-state) the vehicle 'because he was waiting for the bank to give his potential client a loan approval'. I asked why wasn't the car removed from the listing and he said its listed in the computer system as "ON HOLD" but not removed from the interent listing. Okay. Then why did the sales associate just tell me it was still for sale? So he tells me I could purchase a more expensive vehicle. I showed an internet price published by Teddy Nissan just a few days before and he stated I could pay the new price plus dealership fees. I left after this bait and switch was done. Out of curiosity I researched the vehicles the next day... I guess those potential buyers didn't work out since the cars I was looking at were suddenly back on sale but at a substantially increased price. Funny. So would I recommend this obvious bait/switch dealership? NO. NEVER. More
THE OLD "BAIT AND SWITCH"! Dealership gave THE OLD "BAIT AND SWITCH"! Dealership gave me a price and finance rate over the phone. When I walked in the door, the first sales agent told me the THE OLD "BAIT AND SWITCH"! Dealership gave me a price and finance rate over the phone. When I walked in the door, the first sales agent told me they didn't have that model in stock anymore and I should look at a higher priced trim. I told him that I was told the night before it was in stock, he replied, "I know my inventory." Miraculously, after asking for the sales manager they were able to locate the car I was looking for in their inventory. But then they told me the price I had was wrong, and that the car was about $800 more than I was quoted. When I showed them the quote in writing they agreed to the original price. Then they told me that they couldn't honor the 0% financing the sales agent offered me. I showed them the email she sent confirming the 0% and the only answer was that she shouldn't have offered that because they can't give it to me. I went in looking to buy the exact car at the exact price and terms that were offered to me the night before. I did not ask to further negotiate, I just wanted to buy exactly what was offered. They brought be in and switched the offer. Teddy employees are exactly the folks that give honest car sales people a bad name. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for what sounds like a great deal. Remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true! These people are awful. More

This was my 2nd visit to Teddy Nissan, The first one was with the same sales person and a Gentlemen by the name of Steve who processed my financial paperwork. I am very happy with the Sales person this time with the same sales person and a Gentlemen by the name of Steve who processed my financial paperwork. I am very happy with the Sales person this time around as well (Mr. Suran) HOWEVER I am NOT pleased with the NEW Financial Consultant that did my paperwork. He did not know numbers, After reviewing my paperwork I found a few errors that would have costed me a few thousand $. On top of that I am a NJ resident and PAID for my registration to be transferred over and my temporary has expired and I still have NOT received my registration :( what am I to do. ((( WHOO DOES THAT)))) I will re-consider t a thousand times before going back. More

From the moment I walked in Rajon treated me like a queen. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me find the perfect car for me. He was courteous, well spoken and knowledgeable. I walked in queen. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me find the perfect car for me. He was courteous, well spoken and knowledgeable. I walked in not knowing at all what I wanted, but with Rajon's patience and guidance I chose the car that suited all my needs. It took a few weeks to locate the Juke SL in the electric blue color that I so wanted but Rajon reassured me that he would find it and he did!! The whole way he kept me updated on where we stood in the process and he answered all of my questions and there were lots of them! I have to say I am extremely happy with my purchase and with Rajon's level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend all of my friend's and family to pay him a visit for all of their car buying needs....P.S. I LOVE my car!!! More
