Hi jennifer Thier is no way to correct this. I already pruchased another van from another dealership. They had sales staff that were honest and they did not add outrages fees. They even discounted the price of the vechicle by $1000. It is very unfortunate your dealership uses such horrible practices. In my opinion your sales staff is completely unprofessional. I will be sure to let the world know. I want absolutely nothing to do with teddy nissan. I wish you a lot of luck and i hope you do something to correct this problem. Thank you
