I walked in to purchase a used nissan NV. It was listed for $17,554. I was ready to pay exactly that. When we came to sign the paper work. They had added $895 for a so called "dealer fee". 2 weeks late for $17,554. I was ready to pay exactly that. When we came to sign the paper work. They had added $895 for a so called "dealer fee". 2 weeks later and now the exact same used nissan NV is listed for $16,995. They obviously use a bate tactic. This dealership is misleading and extremely dishonest. Please do not purchase anything from them. Especially pedro and his manager. Save your money for someone who knows how to conduct proper business. More

I was coming in to trade in my car, Ruth and Julio made the experience as easy as possible. I can honestly say that despite all the paperwork, I actually had fun working with these two employees. Just a week ago I worked with Jeff. When I told him that the internt sales person told me that the internet prices were very negotiable, he said "They only tell you that to get you to come in", this is the the internt sales person told me that the internet prices were very negotiable, he said "They only tell you that to get you to come in", this is the absolute lowest we can go. Jeff told me that my trade it would be about $100 without even looking at the car, suggested I sell my car on my own. Yet their Black Book tool gave me an estimate of $2500-3500. He was very hasty in every aspect of the sales. After the deal was finalized he told me that there was only one key, and there was NO product manual for a 2012 car! He said if I wanted to get a spare key I would have to order it. I purchased a remote start and I had to request a refund because they would not make time to accomodate the installment. I left a message at the receptionist to confirm a second appointment for the installment and they ignored it, when I took time to take the car in I was told I would have to come back. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he is unavailable but they would have him give me a call back. It has been over a week and I am still waiting for that call. Jeff does not listen! and after you have paid your money, NO ONE, not even the MANAGERS care!!!! Its like pulling teeth to get the service you paid for. I ABSOLUTELY REGRET doing business with TEDDY NISSAN and would NOT RECOMMEND them to even my worst enemy! More
Pedro drove the car to my home. Sat with me for an hour and explained all. After he left, I noticed a nut in the right font tire. I called him and he was back in less than 10 minutes. Hello again!! My last review still sticks but unfortunately my 2011 Merlot Murano that I purchased from Teddy Nissan fell victim to Hurricane Sandy..I didn't even have the car a full month yet! s unfortunately my 2011 Merlot Murano that I purchased from Teddy Nissan fell victim to Hurricane Sandy..I didn't even have the car a full month yet! smh.... :( In any event, my friend contacted Pedro on my behalf, the first thing he asked was if my family was okay? Thumbs up!! Who can beat that type of customer service? LOL. That's indicative of a person with a good spirit! Teddy Nissan towed my car for FOC and from 2pm - 8pm, Pedro worked with me to get into a new vehicle. My only stickler was: I was not putting any money down. I lost a substantial amount on the 2011 car and could not afford to put any down payments on a new vehicle. So at the end of the day, my stickler was met (Thank you Teddy Nissan) and I am smiling and in a 2012 Black Murano. Can I say sexy?!!! I will DEFINITELY recommend anyone I know looking for a used or new vehicle to visit Teddy Nissan and to DEFINITELY DEFINITLEY DEFINITLEY see Pedro. My new friend! anywhere he goes..I'm going.
