I was in the market to purchase a car and was shopping around for nearly two months. I first went to Teddy Nissan and dealt with Moshe Claudio. The minute I got in, he was very hospitable. I was treated like royalty. I was offered coffee, water and anything else I wanted. He showed me nearly everything on the lot. He set the bar and I assumed it was just a sales gimmick that every dealer used. However, after visiting other dealers, such as Bronx Suzuki I soon realized this was not the case. The minute I stepped into Bronx Suzuki, they just saw a dollar sign and wanted to pull my credit and the sales associate was very condescending. I was very turned off and finally decided to give Teddy Nissan my business. Moshe Claudio made sure I was extremely comfortable with my selection and he linked to the Financial Manager, Eric Sheriff, who is also a godsend. As soon as you walk into this dealership, everyone is so friendly and you don't just feel like they're trying to sell you a car.
