More than just a dealership I choose this title because Teddy Nissan is just that. They are more than a dealership. You are treated like family. My husband and I had the privileg I choose this title because Teddy Nissan is just that. They are more than a dealership. You are treated like family. My husband and I had the privilege of financing our car 2 years ago. It was 2 weeks after we lost our previous cars in Super Storm Sandy. We live in Queens and visited many dealerships but because of our shaky credit at the time we either were approved for a vehicle at an astronomical rate or we were just not approved for a car loan. We were so discouraged at this point because we ran out of options...until a neighbor who also lost her vehicle in the storm told us about Teddy Nissan. We were a bit apprehensive because it was in the Bronx and we were in Queens. We decided to go. After all, what did we have to lose.We made our appointment and met with a Sales rep by the name of Wilson. He was great and at the end of the day, we drove out with a Certified Pre Owned Altima. Here we are two years later and we get a call from Teddy Nissan asking if we would be interested in upgrading our vehicle. We said "yes" and we drove from Howard Beach in Queens all the way to the Bronx. And it was well worth it. We met with our Sales Rep Ivan Romero who was absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. And once again, we wer e treated like family. Ivan not only helped us with an upgrade but he made sure we chose a car that would accommodate our family's needs. He was honest and I definitely felt I could trust his judgment. We then met our Financial Analyst Pedro Almante who worked so hard to get us the best rate with the lowest interest. I cant tell you how happy we were when we saw how much money he saved us. Pedro and Ivan really look to do their very best for their clients. Finally we met the Owner of Teddy Nissan Mr. Ted Bessen. He came to introduce himself personally and thanked us for our business with a gift and a bag of Teddy Bear Cookies! Teddy Nissan and their staff are awesome. The day after Easter After several calls, emails and letters in the mail, I decided to go back to Teddy Nissan. I had a great experience when I bought my Altima in 2012. After several calls, emails and letters in the mail, I decided to go back to Teddy Nissan. I had a great experience when I bought my Altima in 2012. Although i didn't really want to part with my Altima, I went back to Teddy Nissan to have it appraised. My sister in law, daughter and I were greeted at the front door by William James and he took care of us from start to finish. From telling me how much my Altima was worth to introducing me to Julio Batista who worked his "magic" to buying my daughter Mr Softee. Mr. James treated us royally and helped me fall in love with my new 2014 Nissan Maxima. Julio worked his "magic" and introduced us to Johnathan, who went over every detail of the paperwork I signed.
