Extremely satisfied, thanks to William James! I went to Teddy Nissan a week ago with the expectation of only LOOKING at vehicles. I had no idea that after speaking with Mr. James I'd be driving o I went to Teddy Nissan a week ago with the expectation of only LOOKING at vehicles. I had no idea that after speaking with Mr. James I'd be driving off the lot in my CPO '10 Pathfinder. My credit is currently not in good standing and William, along with his team, worked to get me the best deal they could....it wasn't easy!! Ultimately they were able to get me a lower interest rate than any other dealer was able to offer me. William was very friendly, extremely professional and reassured me that he would get the job done and that I'd drive off that lot in something I loved. He was even able to get me new tires and wind shield wipers for my truck. I should also mention that anytime I had a concern I'd call William to discuss it and he took the time out of his busy schedule (these guys work hard!!) to chat with me. My overall experience with Mr. James and Teddy Nissan was definitely a positive one. I received a great deal and I am very happy with my purchase. More

Car Shopping Can Be Fun! I brought a friend here to buy a car, since I had recently purchased my own from their sister dealership. We initially went into that sister dealersh I brought a friend here to buy a car, since I had recently purchased my own from their sister dealership. We initially went into that sister dealership to speak with someone, but no one seemed to be around, so we walked down to Teddy Nissan, and boy, am I glad we did. We waited only about a minute after being greeted by the receptionist before William came over to take care of us. He and his partner Martin were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, along with actually listening to what my friend was looking for. We sent several hours looking at cars, and after she found one that was perfect for her, we went back inside where he proceeded to take her through the CarFax, walk her through the financing process, and make her (and I!) feel like we were very important customers. I should mention that we walked into the dealer at 3 on a Sunday, and they closed at 5. William stayed until 7pm to make sure everything was perfect, just to make sure he was providing the best level of customer care. I was thrilled on her behalf, with not only the experience but with the deal. It makes me wish I had ended up purchasing through them, instead of their partner down the street, but I've been assured that I'll be taken care of by them as if I had :) I will definitely keep Teddy Nissan at top of mind for my next car purchase, and recommend William to anyone I know who is in the market.
