Rajon worked with us the entire time (2 days actually), and he was amazing. Very informative, knowledgeable, calm, patient, and helpful. He made sure to make this experience as great as it could have been, and I am very grateful for that. xxxx bags! Where do I begin....My wife and I were looking to buy a used vehicle. Initially we went in and dealt with Steven (great guy by the way). We test dro Where do I begin....My wife and I were looking to buy a used vehicle. Initially we went in and dealt with Steven (great guy by the way). We test drove the car and enjoyed it. Steven gave us a run down of the price, car fax, etc . In dealing with the price, we spoke about certifying the vehicle. That was mistake number 1 (false advertisement). The vehicle online showed that it was already certified, so we had to pay an additional fee for certification. The second mistake was that Steven gave us a detailed description of what is covered by the certification. He gave us examples like the starter. If the starter gets messed up, the warranty would cover it. So he pretty much described a warranty that covered bumper to bumper for 7 years. He explained it to us that the warranty would start from the date we purchase the vehicle. We then sit down with the finance manager (who I cannot remember his name), and he began asking us if we wanted all sorts of warranties. While he was describing the first warranty, I stopped him and said, "I'm not interested, thank you". He TOTALLY dismissed me and acted like I didn't tell him politely that I wasn't interested. I had to repeat myself 3 other times, until he finally got it. Then he moves along to the next warranty. As he's describing it, I stopped and said, we already purchased that one. He tells me we didn't and that I purchased the certification for the power train. While I politely told him that that was not what was told to us, he immediately tells us that that's not the salesperson's job to sell the warranties and certifications. I responded by telling him, "that's not our jobs to know that. You should tell your staff that, not us". He then says, "well you need a car so we can work this out. Why don't I throw in some floor mats for you". At that point, I couldn't take it anymore and told him that we wanted to end our business with them and get our check back. He said he was going to talk to the "big guy". He then says that they cannot give us our check back because it was already in a safe. We had our exchange of words and then I asked for the general manager aka the "big guy". Then comes Mike Danys, the biggest xxxxx I've ever met. He sits us down and tells us that he cannot give us our check because it is already in the safe and he can give it to us on Monday morning (it was a Saturday afternoon). I tell him that I am EXTREMELY frustrated because our money is in another person's possession and I feel uneasy about that. I ask him to give it to us in writing that he will give us our check back and he refused about 4 times and said that he was not going to put it in writing and that we have a receipt. I had to explain to Mike what the definition of a receipt was and that that does not say that he will give us our $13,000 check back. Finally, he caved in and said "fine I'll do what you want me to do" and wrote it, but was extremely bothered by it. Right before we left, he literally sat there and told us that the salesperson's position is not to give information about certifications and warranties. I had to talk to him in a forceful manner and said, "do me a favor, be a manager and tell your staff that. A customer's job is not to know the functions of an office/department/company. We've given you way too much of our time". We stormed out. Monday morning came and Alex Martinez was able to take care of us, but was surprised to know that I got there at 9:30, instead of 10:45 a.m. like Mike had told me. More
