Good Sales Staff Jeff helped me buy a pre owned 2013 Altima. He spent several hours with us to comb through the two used car lots (in the snow and cold). When we found the car we liked, Jeff took his time and allowed us to perform a proper test drive. He also gave me some good advice for insurance and insisted that the finance guys find the best rate for me. There were several hurdles to clear to make the deal happen and Jeff and his team did the leg work and worked hard all day so I could drive out with my new used car the same day. These guys are awesome...if my next car is a Nissan I will definately be back here. I suggest anyone looking to purchase a preowned car to stop by here. The prices are fairly good in relation to the other dealers in the area and there is a broad selection. Car Shopping Made Easy William James had me at Hello. When he told me, over the phone, that the Altima I was interested in was a gem, I had no idea how precious this g William James had me at Hello. The moment I arrived, Teddy's team was at my service, starting with the valet. William James is an honorable salesman who has your best interest at heart. Then there is Pedro Pereira, the finance manager. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and explained every financial term without looking at his watch once. Purchasing a car can be stressful and worrisome. With Pedro it was a pleasure and educational. Last but not least, there is Elijah, a member of the delivery team. He introduced me to my car by explaining all the features. He was polite and courteous.
