He was through, easy to work with, and not pushy at all, which i very much appreciated. Aggressive salesmen make me cringe but I do understand their level of urgency. I would recommend David Grant for ANY CAR purchases at Teddy Nissan. He made me actually want to get another Nissan just so i could work with him again. Good job Teddy Nissan on that hire - YOU have OFFICIALLY raised the bar for all other dealerships. More

Disappointed So I came in on Black Friday on an appointment made. I was attended about half an hour later and was seen by Juan. His customer service was great, although rushed out at the end. The reason for the 2 stars is because that night, I was able to take the car home, and before even leaving the lot, the brand new car I had just signed a lease on, was not functioning. The dashboard wasn't working and neither was the buttons on the steering wheel, as well as the heat in the back. They called the mechanic to come in as they were closing to have this fixed, and he did. Two days later, the lights completely shut off as I'm driving on the highway. Completely absurd for a new car. We brought the car in for servicing and they said they had to order a new piece.. I thought it was a new car that I was given.. why the need for a need piece already?? They are now making me drive a car without a dashboard until the piece arrives. This is absolutely unbelievable. What good is customer service if the product is completely dysfunctional? More

A Saving Grace I originally went to Teddy to just look over their inventory because every search I did for a good used car pointed me in their direction. I wasn't lo I originally went to Teddy to just look over their inventory because every search I did for a good used car pointed me in their direction. I wasn't looking to make a purchase but admittedly was desperate to rid myself of the Chevy Traverse I'd been driving for the last 6 years. It was a thorn on my side. I knew one thing for certain. My next car would not be American made. It had to either be a Nissan, Toyota, or a Honda. My salesperson was David Grant. He wasn't overly pushy but a little push is expected. It was near 100 degrees outside that day. But there was David with my sister and myself, sweating and looking through every car on the lot. Teddy has a great selection and their pricing is competitive. Eventually I hit pay dirt! I found my 2013 Honda Accord! Not only did David help me find the perfect car but he helped get the best trade in value on the Chevy. I waited a little while before writing this but I've been driving her for almost a month now without a problem. Yes, my Accord is a she and I love her! The overall process was a long one. Very long. But I've never experienced a car sale that didn't take forever. That just is what it is. I wasn't planning to buy that day but I'm glad that I did. More
