Firstly, I was already skeptical when the salesperson told us of $899 for Dealer pr The whole car purchase of a 2014 Toyota Camry USED went downhill. Firstly, I was already skeptical when the salesperson told us of $899 for Dealer prep (on a used car) and $799 admin fee on a used car. But he negotiated this down by $700 total. Ok we are still interested in the car. We are financing 66% of the total transaction. Rates are based on credit tiering. So a credit score of 800 would yield the lowest rate (you would think). The rate offered was 5.19%. When challenged on the rate, the finance guy got rude and in proper Bronx style got a Bronx attitude. Said, the contract is already signed. Salesperson tried to mitigate without any result. Manager called in. Gabriel. He was no better. He did not handle a reasonable assessment of how this deal is turning sour. He was rude, obnoxious, followed us out to our car as we are leaving with a posse of other employees (was I scared?) because I will report this to Dealerrater. "Punk" was on of the nicest names he called me. Well, good bye Teddy Nissan. Huggable you are not. More
