He persuaded me with his presentation also his demeanor. The finance officer Mr.. Pedro Almonte was very knowledgeable in his area of service and also provided unselfish finance advice regarding my purchase. I got what I came for with less than what my budget was. Great service from both employee. Overall the office décor, presentation, other employees and the general aura of the environment really really surprised and impressed me. Caught me off guard as I live in the neighborhood. They exceeded my expectation. Keep up the good work More

Price Inflated Drastically I saw a 2010 Nissan Altima SL on their site for $10,586. It only had about 25k miles on it. I made an appointment to come in the same day and I was to I saw a 2010 Nissan Altima SL on their site for $10,586. It only had about 25k miles on it. I made an appointment to come in the same day and I was told that they would have similar cars available for me to view. This was not the case and the salesperson that worked with me had no idea of my appointment or the cars I was interested in. When I walked into the dealership the receptionist pawned me off on the first sales person she saw. He never introduced himself. He never told us his name. He just started typing and asking me for personal information. I was very uncomfortable. Finally we test drove the car. It was perfect. So I was ready to pay for it. The salesperson kept asking me if I would finance or pay cash. I told him several times I need a final number with a breakdown before I decide. He said I need to speak to the finance manager in order to receive the final number. I inquired about installing Bluetooth and remote start and he told me that he couldn't provide the price only the finance manager knew. After about 20 minutes of him asking me the same questions that I already answered three times the salesperson finally wanted to talk numbers. I was so baffled cause I was ready to purchase the car. The salesperson looked like he wasn't all there. His eyes were bloodshot red. He kept rubbing his eyes and looking off into space when I was talking. When I pointed it out he said he was soooo tired. Luckily I really liked the car so I ignored his rudeness in order to purchase the car. Finally he wanted me to sign off on a rate for the car that didn't even include the final fees. It was bonkers. After going back and forth he finally came back to me with the final fees because he realized that I was not going to sign the contract. After I signed off I still needed to speak to the financial manager to solidify that the car was mine. I also wanted to discuss additional warranties. I waited almost 30 minutes in which the salesperson stopped by once to tell me that Finance manager will see me soon. And still I had to wait an additional 20 or 30 minutes before I actually saw the finance manager. I was fed up and was about to leave when I finally saw the finance manager. Once we were finished talking and adding a warranty to the outdated car the 2010 Nissan Altima went from $10,586 to $15,586. At that point I walked away! It was not worth it. Prior to my meeting with the finance manager I repeatedly asked the car salesperson for a final fee so that I did not sit there and waste my time. But he came off sooo incompetent I ended up spending about 2 hours in the dealership just to cancel my purchase! More

I had the worst experience ever !I had a transmission problem with my 2014 nissan altima called the dealership to set an appointment even tho nissan corporate was aware of the problem and told me to take it to the dealership, I worked in the bronx so the closest dealership was teddy Nissan as I got to the service department there was no service advisor they were all chatting making fun of another employee! ! 20 minutes going by and I asked a gentleman by the name of Jonathan Payano this guy needs to be a service lot attendant instead of a service advisor !! Very rude and not professional at all!! He tried to charge me for diagnosis to my car even tho I was already authorized by nissan corporate telling me that this is a different franchise and I had to pay for diagnosis to my car !he told me to speak to an supervisor not even the service manager was around still the kept saying I just got to pay no matter what!! Took my car to Mt favorite dealership in new jersey where they treated the customer with respect and very professional making me feel at home !! Teddy Nissan I will make sure I tell my friends and family they owned 8 nissan not to ever go there !! Ur guys are crooks and incompetent!
