Leslie Dedona in the service department assisted me when I needed an issue resolved with the new vehicle. She is 100 % service orientated and always followup to keep me informed about the status of my service. Me parece pésima la atención al cliente de Leslie, tiene una actitud arrogante y displicente con el cliente y el trabajo de sus mecánicos deja mucho que desear pues es imposible que en 3 dias me digan que e una actitud arrogante y displicente con el cliente y el trabajo de sus mecánicos deja mucho que desear pues es imposible que en 3 dias me digan que el auto no tiene nada. Deje mi auto el martes 17 de septiembre y supuestamente toman un dia en hacer el diagnóstico. Debieron llamar el miercoles y nadie lo hizo. Llamo el jueves y nadie responde no regresa la llamada y llamo de nuevo el viernes 20 y me dicen que el auto ya esta listo. Nunca me informaron que era lo que tenia el carro y que le repararian o cambiarian de ser necesario. Ademas llamo a la compañía de la garantía para validar que reportaron ustedes y que sorpresa me llevo cuando me dicen que no hicieron ningun reporte ni pidieron autorización para hacer alguna reparación. Se acerca mi esposo a su taller a recoger el carro y al pedir información le dicen que el auto no tenia nada que el ruido que tiene es por algo plástico que tenia como estorbando en la dirección y que eso era todo. Lo cual es absurdo porque no se necesita ser experto para saber que eso no es normal y que algo esta fallando. No se que clase de mecánicos tienen en su taller porque a todas luces se ve que no sabe absolutamente nada del tema. Puedo estar casi segura que mi auto no lo chequearon para saber que es lo que tiene. Principalmente porque continua con el mismo ruido. Es mas quisiera ver el supuesto plástico que tenia y que generaba el ruido. Con esta vez ya van 4 veces que se lleva mi auto a revision y no ha sido para nada satisfactorio el servicio y el resultado de sus supuestas reparaciones. Es muy decepcionante que jueguen con el tiempo y con las expectativas de los clientes de la manera que lo hacen y peor aun creyendo que con una disculpa ya todo está solucionado. Jamas recomendaría ni su dealer, ni su taller, he comprobado que NISSAN es la peor marca del mercado. More
