BUY YOUR NISSAN ELSEWHERE!!! In March of 2017 I bought a CPO Rogue from Nissan of Yorktown Heights. The sales person was Maddie Martinez and the experience was very good. I have In March of 2017 I bought a CPO Rogue from Nissan of Yorktown Heights. The sales person was Maddie Martinez and the experience was very good. I have a need to add another car for my family. We liked the Rogue, so thought we would buy one again. We saw one for a good price on their website. Yesterday, I called to make an appointment for a test drive and saw Maddie again. We agreed on the price, told her I would pay cash with no trade in. This should have been a very easy sale for both parties. Then, I met with the Finance Manager, Owen. What a jerk! He asked me when I wanted to pick the car up. I said next Saturday March 17. He then told me that the car may or may not be available then. He said that their policy is to continue to show the car if someone does not agree to take delivery in 1-2 days. As I am travelling for business this week, I could not make it back there until next Saturday - the first next available day I had. I offered to put a very substantial down payment on my credit card. He said that this was against their policy. I reminded him that I was already a Nissan of Yorktown Heights customer and had purchased a CPO Rogue 1 year ago, and this would be my 3rd Nissan SUV for my family in the past few years. It made no difference. Perhaps there are other prospective customers that cars have been held for and did not come back. But as an existing customer, I should had already proven myself to them. I made no difference and Owen had zero empathy and really did not seem to care that I was an existing customer. He seemed to think that I would not return and actually buy the car. If this really is Nissan of Yorktown Heights policy, it is one that has driven an existing customer away. I am no longer considered a customer by these incompetent people. The management of this dealership considers me just a TRANSACTION who was not making them money quick enough. I wasted 2 hours of my weekend and was treated like dirt. Looking around online and it appears that the dealership has new owners recently. BUY YOUR NISSAN ELSEWHERE!!! And Owen, in case you don't get it - I'm not coming to buy the car!!! More

great care the guy at Nissan of Yorktown Heights are wonderful. I called up in the morning with a brake noise on my Rogue sadly knew I was overdue for my pads. The Service & Parts Technicians are the WORST. All I can say I feel sorry for the new Service & Parts Dept. Manager. He needs to get rid of the Service Technicians that work there. Jamie, Richard and the other girl with the glasses and blonde hair should be fired. Good luck dealing with them. I feel when a customer calls up to find out what's going on with their car, that somebody should know something, even though the Tech that is assigned to that costumer is off for the day. I was told that my car should be ready in 2 or 3 days after they damaged it and had to be sent to the body shop for a huge scrape. I didn't hear anything after the 3rd day and it was the 4th day they had my car. So I called just to find out what was going on. After calling 3 times and getting hung up on by Jamie, I finally get a call back by the Head Mechanic and I was told, by Ed, that it looked perfect and I can pick it up tomorrow 4/2/18. Why couldn't they just tell me that from the beginning or call back when they say they will. I don't get it. More

The didn't have it in stock, and he tracked one down for me to get the specific color combo at the same good price we agreed on. I honestly can't say enough good things about Mike and the dealership. Also been a fair finance closing at the end. I also take the cars for service here, and never had anything but positive interactions with their service department. More
