Shawn Hutton gave us great deal and Vicente Espinosa the manager made everything sooo easy! he never pressured me and my parents in getting some unnecessary ad-ons on their new car, unlike other dealership that i have been to(such as Mercedes of White Plains and Curry Toyota) they pressure and stress me out in gettin all the add ons and after market packages, which was so draining, and then give you that evil eye! but with Vicente, he was soooooo accommodating and very understandable, Shawn and Vicente gave my parents a great deal on their Sentra.....they absolutely know what their doing, they treat their clients very well! i am soooooo happy that i made my decision to go to this dealership I highly recommend this dealership and Shawn! i just hope they would still be there when i get my next car next year! keep up the good work Calabrese Nissan! When I went to the dealer and worked with Mike Czerniak, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything for me. He made it easy to buy a Nissan without having to go back and forth negotiating, so there was no sales pressure and we got the deal done quickly. Mike went over the car and the offer and made it really easy with no hassles. I like Curry because I trust Curry Nissan. More
Will NEVER, EVER buy from them again! First off, their sales people are not very knowledgeable. They have no idea what they are doing. After a deal was made and we left, when I tried calling them over t sales people are not very knowledgeable. They have no idea what they are doing. After a deal was made and we left, when I tried calling them over the next couple of days it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to call you back, let alone pick up the phone when you call. I guess they figured they had the deal so didn't need to go above and beyond for any reason. They messed up all our paperwork .... even the title. We had to keep running over to the dealership to drop things off for months after the purchase due to THEIR mistake with NYS DMV. They screwed up paperwork, which caused an issue with our accountant for year end taxes as the vehicle was purchased as a business expense. We purchased an extended warranty and ended up selling the vehicle a year later and wanted to cancel the extended warranty and receive the reimbursement for the unused portion. When I called the dealership, they put me through to the person who handles that, Jeff Laytin, who apparently NEVER picks up his phone OR returns a call because I left 2 messages over the course of a week and heard NOTHING. Finally, I called threatening to call the district manager. THAT is when they patched me through and he actually picked up the phone. He told me to send him an e-mail explaining what I wanted, along with a copy of the warranty receipt and that it would take UP TO 4 weeks to receive the check. WELL, GUESS WHAT, TODAY MAKES FOUR WEEKS ... and NO check! I am so sick of them and cannot wait to be completely free of them. They really need to get it together. I will be writing a formal complaint to Nissan and their district manager. I've already blasted them on Facebook so all my friends in the area know to beware! Whatever you do, DON'T go to this dealership ... go to another one nearby .... TRUST ME, it'll be worth the distance to drive it ... the customer service at any other Nissan dealer can NOT possibly be worse! More
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME~ sleazy sales techniques. (even though we asked numerous times for a rate!) Then manager got incredibly rude and confrontational along with other members of his staff. More

My check engine light went on. They performed $700 worth of "fluid flushes" and "computer updates". I took it home. The light went on again. I took it back. They said they did not do the "computer updat of "fluid flushes" and "computer updates". I took it home. The light went on again. I took it back. They said they did not do the "computer update" correctly. I got the car back again. The light went on again. They kept it for their engineer to drive home at night. I went to pick it up after they had closed, and it had a ding in the door. I talked to them on the phone they said to make sure that I wait for the temperature light to go off before I drove the car. That was the real problem from the start, $700 of bogus work. More

I came in looking for a new Leaf and was greeted with a smile from Justin. I had already been to two other dealers that day (Poughkeepsie and Newburgh) and neither was really willing to give me what I was smile from Justin. I had already been to two other dealers that day (Poughkeepsie and Newburgh) and neither was really willing to give me what I was looking for on my trade. Newburgh wouldn't even give me a number since the Leaf takes about six to eight weeks to come in and they would only rate the car at the time when they order came in (Translation - once you're stuck with us, you have to take what we will give you). Curry was a pleasure to work with in this regard - They gave me the trade in value I was looking for and told me they would honor the price when the Leaf arrived from the factory as long as nothing changed to the market fundamentals. They were up-front with me the entire time and Justin in particular came off as a very nice guy. Update 7/25: After over three months of no car I had to go to another dealer to find the one I wanted. I don't blame Curry too much for the delay - They didn't get any allocations for Leafs the entire time and production out of TN was not keeping up with demand. Still, from the outside it seems like they didn't have as much clout with corporate compared to other dealers. If the car you want is on their lot or they're able to get it for you from another dealer that day Curry is a pleasure to work with. Otherwise they weren't very good about returning calls, though whenever I got through I always received good service. More
