Layton was perfect. He even waited outside in the heat for me to decide whether or not i was going to get out of the car. Service guy was great but service guy that done work left oil prints inside my truck on shifter side of door and did not add windshield fluid was worse service. I previously gave a bad review and they did contact me. I went back up there and the sales manager did the cancellation paperwork for the two surplus policies that I was told I had to take when in fact tha I went back up there and the sales manager did the cancellation paperwork for the two surplus policies that I was told I had to take when in fact that was a lie. The sales manager said he would mail the cancellation paperwork in the next day. I called Foremost the insurance carrier a few days ago and they said they have not received anything from Nissan of Wichita Falls about this. I made the sales manager make copies of everything when I was there so I emailed a copy to Foremost and the cancellation is now supposed to be in process. Is business that bad that they have to continuously lie. I'm thinking about reporting this to the Veierans club there I have already called the state office in Austin a couple of times. Unfortunately the conversations were all behind a closed door so it is my word against theirs! More
