We sincerely apologize if we miscommunicated any charges on your service work. We quote each project based on the customer's needs and the condition of the vehicle (what work needs to be done, etc.) We do our best to give fair pricing based on the economy and cost of goods and services. There was extensive labor involved with your service work, so these charges were quoted accordingly. We quoted you a price that you approved, and you were actually charged slightly less that what was quoted. We are happy to visit with you if you would like to discuss your situation further and and hopefully come to a satisfactory resolution for you.
