They have a wonderful staff, my salesgirl in particular Grecia delivers a "Truly exceptional experience" which is what the new ownership hopes everyones experiences. While I did have to wait for Grecia due to a busy weekend, everyone made sure I was being taken care of and offered refreshments several times for me and my family. I didn't feel ignored, and when I got the pleasure I was greeted with a warm smile and was shown genuine interest, Gracie shared her knowledge and put me in the car that was right for me, not right for her. What made it better, when signing paperwork even the manager Chris knew I waited for a bit and offered me an appt for my first oil change, for FREE! Hands down, an amazing experience and still rave about it to friends whom I know will experience the same (maybe better!) when they purchase their car from Grecia ( Gracie ) since she's so sweet!
