We purchased on August 15, 2020 a used 2017 Volvo XC60 with 34k miles on it and subsequently discovered and advised by Volvo that we were given by Nissan of Westbury a car that had bald cracking tires, wo with 34k miles on it and subsequently discovered and advised by Volvo that we were given by Nissan of Westbury a car that had bald cracking tires, worn down brake pads and rotors that wouldn't pass inspection, computer dashboard maintenance, low voltage and tire warnings, missing screws in the wheelwells, missing the second remote key and Nissan of Westbury did nothing to prepare our Volvo safely for resale...dangerous place to buy a used car from!!!...cost me an additional $3500 due to their negligence...steer clear and run away from these guys...general manager Neil Sims never answered any of my requests for assistance and doesn't care...shame on him!!! More
Last week I had posted my negative review for this store but latter on when I read the response of Ms.Kimberly the loyalty manager as she said that she would like to speak to me, I called her and explained but latter on when I read the response of Ms.Kimberly the loyalty manager as she said that she would like to speak to me, I called her and explained her what has happened with me on last thursday and friday. She promised me that if I come back to the store she would get me the deal I want , so I decided to go today that is 08/20/2020 but before that I got a call from Jamie the sales person that my case has been given to him and I should see him. Today morning when I reached the store I was met by Jamie ,I must say he is a very warm person and a very good sales person, he is an asset for the organisation if I could give him 10 stars that would be less. Also the GM Mr. Jason is also a wonderful person he gave me the deal I wanted. Overall I would like to thank Mr. Jason, Ms. Kimberly and Jamie for the wonderful experience I had with them. Hope to visit this store after my lease is over after 3 years but I will definitely recommend this store to my friends. Raj Punjabi More
Incredibly rude and unhelpful! Went to negotiate lease buyout. Took 2 hours to give them all the information they wanted. Waited another hour to meet the Finance guy...then he said he wouldn't be able to meet, but we could "call him" about the $$ numbers we needed. Called 3 times the rest of the day, no response...no return call. Went in the next morning after making an appointment. I walked in and they had no idea who I was or why I was there. then I was thrown in with another Finance guy who had no idea why I was there. He refused to run my credit saying it was a "waste of time" and made no effort to complete a simple lease buyout. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership in my entire life! More

Sometimes it is discouraging to start over with someone you don't know but we got an email from a Meaghan Snyder, Internet sales specialist who got the ball rolling by advising my wife Kelly that her 2017 Sentra lease will be expiring in a few months. 3 years does come upon us quicker than you think so I did respond to her and then received a call from a Joe Mcguire who called us back to follow up, answer some questions for us and set up an appointment to come in over the weekend. We arrived at the dealership on Saturday afternoon 1/4/20 and was greeted by sales and leasing consultant Julio Bergollo. A very friendly guy who gathered some info to find out our goals including trading in our lease. To narrow down the review, The dealership was limited in making certain deals in our affordable monthly payment range due to lack of incentive and rebate programs and more expensive technology in today's vehicles. We were considering the 2019 leftovers of the Kicks and Rogue Sport. My wife did like the Kicks, she sat in it and fell for it a lot and would have leased it if wasn't such an excessive lease payment due to no programs from Nissan. It was disappointing because the Kicks reminded me of the Xterra, a nice looking vehicle with limited technology but for some reason, Too costly. I must say, Julio spent a considerable amount of time with us. He was non aggressive and very patient and this resulted in us being relaxed and comfortable. So in the end, My wife ended up getting back into a newer 2019 Sentra lease which was OK. At the beginning, the lease payment was also high but the dealership was flexible and worked with us to make the vehicle more affordable. I appreciate the dealership taking into consideration that we have bought several cars there already. We ended up coming back this past Sunday to finalize paperwork and pick up new vehicle. The process was simple, easy and quick. The only complaint that I would have through this process and this is nothing to do with Julio but fees like destination fees are a ridiculous charge that a dealer passes on to the consumer for vehicle being transported from factory to dealer usually about $800.00 and the bank processing fee of $650.00. So you figure a another $1450.00 on top of your already required down payment including taxes and other fees. Now there is an option to roll these fees into your total price which will result in a higher car payment. maybe the dealerships should consider a true rebate program of eliminating these fees for repeat customers. makes sense. So in final, We had another great experience with a great salesperson who I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle and we would deal with him again in the future. Unprofessional Do not buy Westbury Nissan they are blood sucks when you return lease. I have leased many cars never seen such unprofessionalism. Now they have a credit chaser harassing me for $439. More
