Visited used car sales at Nissan of Westbury early July 2020. Purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry. Car did not start. Car went to service for a new battery. Fast forward to September. Car would not start on 9/14 2020. Purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry. Car did not start. Car went to service for a new battery. Fast forward to September. Car would not start on 9/14 and towed to Nissan service center. It’s now 10/2 and car has not been returned. I have made many phone calls and never get a return call. Made 4 trips to service center where the car sits and was told yesterday it was getting worked on today 10/2. Car has not been driven all but three times since 7/23 pickup. This place is a joke and once they gave your money, your done. Not a happy camper and I have contacted my attorney for resolution. Stay away! More
Only because of the friendliness of both Al & George did I have a good experience. The only thing I was disappointed with is the price I have to pay for the car since there is an error on my credit report w I have a good experience. They told me if I have it corrected it still wouldn’t matter. I kinda feel that is not the case. I would definitively refer anyone I knew to Westbury Nissan. More
This was one of the best buying experiences I have had in buying a car. Had a price from the internet thru Trucar. No issues in honoring the price. The finance person TK(Mr. Kelly) got me the interest rat buying a car. Had a price from the internet thru Trucar. No issues in honoring the price. Some of the men behind the desks were not always wearing their masks. When I left I made mention to the woman that checked me out. Kind and friendly. Superb customer service! I don’t remember their names but there was a driver, the guy who took my info and the desk people. (Sandy maybe). Last week my father and I leased two 2020 Nissan Rogue SV's from Nissan of Westbury. This was our first experience with Nissan and we could not have been happier. Our sales rep, Shyam, was warm and frie SV's from Nissan of Westbury. This was our first experience with Nissan and we could not have been happier. Our sales rep, Shyam, was warm and friendly but more importantly extremely knowledgeable about the car. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He was a real pleasure to work with. Yasser the manager and George in financing were extremely helpful and worked with us to make the process seamless. We are very happy! More
Exhausted. 2 stars, would be none, but for Brendan only. Total of over 5.5 hrs in 2 days and no car. Yes, some credit score bangs, but we are Nissan customers over 22 years, total 8 leases and they could no Total of over 5.5 hrs in 2 days and no car. Yes, some credit score bangs, but we are Nissan customers over 22 years, total 8 leases and they could not approve us. The constant run around was not appreciated, as we live over an hour away. Finance people did not keep their promise to "make a few higher up calls" to push it through. As they kept us waiting by the phone for an additional 8 hrs plus the 5.5 in person. So if you have 14 plus hrs to waste, plus have to listen to alot of customers screaming bait and switch tactics yesterday while we waited from 430pm to 730pm. It was crazy and not professional. To the finance guy in the hula shirt, I heard your nasty comments to me across the showroom floor. If " she doesn't like the offer then tell her to get up and leave go elsewhere I don't give a darn. Nice. You should dress professional and go sign up at charm school. Thank you Brendan for trying, and being so nice. TK, well I don't think you personally tried like you said, and could not even say hi yesterday. And the finance fella in the hat? Nice try but, no. Also have those customer yelling sessions to the side. More
