In the beginning, I clearly mentioned to the Sales Agent (Shyam Manandhar) that my budget was below $20,000 and I couldn't afford more. I also informed him about another buying offer from Mitsubishi Mirage (Shyam Manandhar) that my budget was below $20,000 and I couldn't afford more. I also informed him about another buying offer from Mitsubishi Mirage SE for $18,000 + Sales Tax + Registration Fee and 0% APR for 48 months. At the beginning of the purchase deal, he verbally agreed with the following. 1. $19,000 + Sales tax + Registration Fee 2. Loan Interest Rate will be less than 4% 3. Two Credit Reports will be pulled out from the Credit Bureaus (One for the Dealership and another for the Bank) He then discussed the above terms with the Sales Manager (Nelson Rivera) and got approval for this Verbal agreement. He didn't advise me to take a Test Drive on this Vehicle model and I was completely blindsided by this purchase deal. Compared to the Mitsubishi Mirage SE model, the Nissan Versa S CVT didn’t have the following features. 1. FAST-Key Entry System 2. Push Button Start 3. Heated Front Seats 4. Rain Sensing Wipers At the beginning of the conversation with the Finance Manager (Dayshon Wade), he printed an Invoice with a Base price of $23.500. I told him that I had a verbal agreement for $19,000 and I walked out. He then brought me to his table and reduced the Base price to $20,500. It's still $1500 more than what I agreed with Sales Agent & Manager. He added a Hidden Bank Fee of $1000 to the loan application and I told him that I didn't want this deal. He then reduced the hidden fee to $500 and they manipulated numbers in my application. The Basic model of the Nissan Versa 2024 is about $30,000, and I have to use a key to manually open the door. When I want to open a Driver's door, I have to insert the key and turn it Anticlockwise. When I want to open the Trunk, I have to insert the key and turn it Clockwise. This feature annoys me every time. Normally, when I lock the driver's door using the Key with other Car manufacturers, it locks all doors on the cars. Whereas in this 2024 Nissan Versa S CVT model, it locks only the Driver's door not all doors. This gives a theft option when I carry Valuable Items in this car. In the year 2000, I bought a Kia vehicle and used a remote button to lock all doors. At night time when I park this Nissan car in a dark area, I have to use a smartphone flashlight to unlock the doors. When I drive this car on the bridges, it' shakes abruptly. During heavy rain/snow, it is hard to drive this car because there's no rear windscreen wiper. How could Nissan sell a car in the year 2024 that has the basic features of a 2000 year model for $30,000? This deal is a total rip-off. I can get a Tesla 3 for $40,000 and they give me a tax credit of $7500. Last week, I had a phone conversation with this Dealership and they didn't agree with my terms and conditions. Instead, Irfan Mohammad (General Manager) planning to create more trouble on this purchase deal. Because of his arrogant behavior, now I am taking this matter to Federal, State, and County Vehicle Purchase and Credit Report Consumer Fraud Protection agencies. More
Read Any car ad carefully! The car was advertised on True Car for just under $45000. When the preliminary paperwork was completed the sale price went to $50,740 with a $2995 ad fee not $48000 and additional administrative fee of 750, plus the document fee of 175 and those fees were all taxed. Then of course there was a $210 fee for the title and registration which we u derstood was necessary. The salesman told us we had to finance the car even though we did not need to finance it. We told the salesman that with all the additional fees we were no longer interested. Addition I was told that I HAD to explain why I changed my mind. I informed the salesman that I did not HAVE to explain the deal was off. It will take 30 days to get our cash deposit refunded by way of a check. I would not recommend this dealership More

I was then told to wait over the weekend because the car was not available until Monday morning as they were waiting for a part. When I called Saturday morning to confirm my appointment Monday they told me they had already sold the vehicle from under me. I would not recommend this dealer. They are dishonest and the customer service was awful. Look elsewhere unless you're looking for a headache. More
I’ll start off by saying I’m an honest and fair guy, but I speak out when treated unfairly. I see the place has okay reviews, so maybe their sales team is good, but their purchase team doesnt appear to be. I speak out when treated unfairly. I see the place has okay reviews, so maybe their sales team is good, but their purchase team doesnt appear to be. I put in a KBB offer for my car to sell. Joe left me a voicemail, explaining not to pay attention to the KBB offer. That KBB is conservative on luxury cars and he can get me more if I come in. I explained I only have 1 key, but car’s in certified used great condition. He said if its in great condition, KBB’s offer is conservative & I’ll get offered more if I come in. It’s the only reason I drove in, as there were closer dealers. Once I visited, Gary only offered me the KBB offer. Basically explaining he wasnt aware what Joe said, like it didnt matter. That he just handles calls online. Joe wasnt even there so I couldnt hold him accountable to his word. Isn’t Gary supposed to talk to Joe to confirm what was said? I fell for a trap to bring sellers in. I admit it worked as I’m too low on time to go to more dealers. Its a lesson learned & it deserves a bad review for dishonesty. I had to argue this point just to get $500 more on a $42K KBB offer that Joe called conservative. I also had problems getting the check. They kept asking me to call back and when they said theyll call me back, they never do. It took about 4 weeks to receive check, and 1-2 weeks for the check to clear (in fairness, not sure if this part is their fault, but I’ve never seen Chase bank hold a check for that long. They were concerned the check wouldn’t clear. I’ve deposited larger checks that deposited much faster). Also, I eventually found the 2nd key 1 week later but for some reason, it felt like Andre wanted me to give it for free and acted odd when I said I can offer to sell it. Simply accept or decline. This is business, not charity. Who drives there again to give it for free? There was no need for rudeness especially after tricking me to come in. It felt like he didnt believe me that I told Joe/Gary that I originally only have 1 key. That the agreed offer was for 1 key. He acted like he deserved the 2nd key for free. He didnt care to find out by asking Gary/Joe, which told me what I need to know about his games. If you dont care to find out amongst coworkers, at least dont assume against a customer. It was unnecessary negotiation & confusion with 3 different people instead of 1. More disconnect & runaround at the place than necessary. Value honesty/customers for long term results over short term gain More
Unfortunately I have to click a star to leave a message. Avoid this this dealership! They act like they care and want to get you the best deal, then lie right to your face. Nissan of Westbury received a quote from Kelly Blue for my car. I was texted to come in by someone named Joe, which, I never met. They took my car for appraisal to the service department a few blocks away. I have a lot to say as Gary and Andre know because I gave them a mouth full, I will try to keep my point in this email as I am upset as I was yesterday. Never let them take your car for appraisal without you. You will be responsible for whatever happens to your car after they bring it back. I don't give a bleep about their low ball offer, I'm PISSED that something is wrong with my car and now I'm out of pocket and no one had no explanation or even an apology. You are on your own! Oh and Joe, thanks for not getting back to me. It's too bad, these are the kind of people that work there :( More
We had a horrible experience with Nissan of Westbury. We recommend anybody to NOT go there because they are unprofessional, and their post sales service is the WORST in the world! Recently, they sold a We recommend anybody to NOT go there because they are unprofessional, and their post sales service is the WORST in the world! Recently, they sold a vehicle to us with defective parts. They promised us that they carried out a 170 point pre-sale inspection on the car. They are ALL liars, they mislead customers, they do not honor their commitments, and they give false information about the vehicle. The sales team is even worse, because they do not entertain customer calls after selling the vehicle. Overall, I would give this dealership a rating of ZERO stars. More
