Went in on 12/22/20 for a new lease. We worked with Mikko. We were upfront from the start regarding our credit (622-average). We made a deal with Jason for a lease for $325.00 a month, 10K miles a yea Mikko. We were upfront from the start regarding our credit (622-average). We made a deal with Jason for a lease for $325.00 a month, 10K miles a year with a $1500 deposit. Mikko took our $1500 deposit, took my old car off my Allstate insurance and added the new car, put all the paperwork together, told us all was good, and we were to come back in 2 hours to pick up the car. When we arrived back, we met with David. He were told there was a problem. He went on to tell us that my husband's credit was 602, that we were late with payments in the past (never were), and that my husband's salary was not what we stated it was. My husband and I became very upset. At this point, Jason came in to David's office, and told the both of us we needed to show him some respect. We have never been treated this way before. Ever. We were told we needed to put down another $1300 and our new payment would be $425.00 a month. When we demanded our deposit back, Jason made a offer of $369 a month with no more money down. These 3 men have taken "bait and switch" to a whole new level. My lease was already extended twice, and I had no choice but to leave with the car. I now know that I should have returned to Baron Nissan and worked again with Jory Baron. He moved to Patchogue, and it was just too far away for us. I know better now. Since this happened, I received an email from Emely Rosario, the Westbury Owner Loyalty Manager. She has yet to respond to both my email or text. This has been a despicable experience. Thani you More

Lured in under the pretext of a Nissan recall. I leave my car for two days, only to be told on the second day that the part that was supposed to be replaced due to the "recall" was on back order. I asked whe car for two days, only to be told on the second day that the part that was supposed to be replaced due to the "recall" was on back order. I asked when the part would be in, but they had no idea. Now why would the service department call me and schedule a part replacement for a recall when they do not even have the part? Initially I thought it was just incompetence, but after I looked at my receipt (for work not completed), I noticed the mechanics had performed a diagnostic with numerous suggestions for repairs. I then realized it was just a SCAM to get my car in to suggest repairs in the hopes I would use them to do these repairs. This will never happen. Not sure who is giving this place glowing reviews. Probably their own employees. More
