Had my car in for an oil change and inspection. They had to replace a part and kept the car over the weekend. I was never offered a loaner car. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. 6 hours into a solid deal we met with the financial guy. He looks at the APR and tells us it's too low and that he can't do this deal unless it's raised from 2.99 solid deal we met with the financial guy. He looks at the APR and tells us it's too low and that he can't do this deal unless it's raised from 2.99 to 3.4. This is AFTER insurance was changed; after we waited for the car to be prepped. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. You bet I was mad. Financial guy didn't like that I was mad. Oh well. He decided to close the deal. We left the building without a car. My daughter cried. Of course we went back in. Got jerked around for another hour then met with another financial guy; only now after 7 hours he decides my daughter needs a co signer. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Bought the car but feel like we were taken advantage of. Happy New Year...not. More

Will be going back to the dealer a 4th time for this problem. The 1st they said they needed parts. The 2nd time they said it would take an hour and it took over 3 hours with an appointment. The 3rd time we had an appointment for the same issue and 3hours later they said come get your car the technician called out today and wouldn’t be able to handle it for another week. More
