We were told we were getting 0% financing when we were shopping for the car and they had us down for 4.2% financing, gave us a price for our trade in and then had it down that they were giving us half of what they told us originally. And the best was the extra $4,000 they added to the price. When the manager came to straighten it out rather then apologize he was rude and down right nasty. I would never recommend buying a car from this place. I’m sorry for the salesman who was so nice. More

I was told it might take 1 1/2 hours s I brought my new Sentra for its first oil change on Tuesday March 2nd. I had a CONFIRMED 11:00am appointment. I was told it might take 1 1/2 hours so I went home to wait. My car was not ready until 3pm - 4 hours later only after I called after 3 hours to see what the delay was. They told me that they had too many walk ins that needed their attention and they were backed up. I ask a rep named John what good was my 11 am appointment. His answer was "that just gets you i the door." Why did I make an appointment? What kind of service is this? More
