I noticed they are not even trying to dispute or deny the agreed upon terms because they know I am telling the truth. Contract was reviewed after hours while everyone was leaving and pricing discrepancy was pointed out. When fixed (still with more deceit as they rounded up a dollar, which I did let go to save time), I didn't realized I was dealing with such deceitful people and so I only reviewed the price correction the second time instead of EVERY term detail that was already checked earlier. What does it say about a dealership that basically acknowledges the deceit was made but I am to blame for not catching it?? Tons of other terrible reviews online only support their dismal reputation.

With all due respect, Tammy, you were NOT present for any of this and we never met, so you are not in a position to tell me how and what was reviewed with me after closing when almost everyone had already left the dealership. You are biased so you are taking the side of your organization, but doing so without ever taking the time to discuss the situation with me, the actual customer. So you can't possibly have clarity on what occurred. NOBODY went over any docs line by line or at all with me. I went over it myself. In my conversations with Tyler, he acknowledges being well aware of our agreed upon terms. And my daughter was there and heard everything. Anyone reading this will see the clear truth.

We will never see eye to eye because Nissan of Westbury cannot acknowledge the truth. I surely won’t be the last customer who takes issue with these business practices. Nissan of Westbury may have made off with a little extra money from me but at least I can bring the actions of this dealership to the attention of anyone who reads the reviews that I will post all over social media. I can inform as many people as possible so they remain aware of who they are dealing with before they deal with Nissan of Westbury. On a final note, I was also charged an additional $50 given only as a HOLD on my credit card. I will be disputing as well that since I was given a receipt by Nissan showing this was not supposed to be charged. I was so patient with them to make this right over the last few weeks. Shame on Nissan of Westbury.
