No communication between employees . Spoke to numerous people and phone and at the dealership , no one was to be found . Zero accountability and continued to pass the buck . Having said that , my dealer, Marta, was wonderful and the sole reason I purchased the car. Apparently there was a turnover of management that week . I hope the new leaders make positive changes because the current business practices were awful. More
Quick diagnosis of what needed to be done to repair my dashboard. Fast, professional service and communication. They vacuumed my front seat area, which they didn't have to do, so that was nice. This dealership need a or of improvement. All departments did not attend to my needs and concern as a customer that walked in and purchased a car. Especially, the price that was agreed upon. However, they requested all of my documents in order to so call get my vehicle and paperwork together. When I came back two days later the pr had increased over $10, 000. Unfortunately,, this is not how customer are supposed to be treated . I personally, felt they took advantage of me . Which they were it honest about anything. More
