They were very nice and took care of the 2012 Rouge recall. The only other thing is they need more curb appeal. While servicing my vehicle they broke part of my sun roof that receeds as it's being closed. The plastic is broken off and can be set back to allow the glass to set but I shouldn't have to do this every tim that receeds as it's being closed.
