In doing some research into your visit, it appears that you used our online service scheduler to make your appointment and that the service we did was the package that you selected when you made your online appointment. We would be happy to walk you thru our online service scheduler and how you can just select an oil change should you not want to do any of Nissan's suggested maintenance packages. If you prefer not to use the online scheduler, you always have the option to call in to make a service appointment, this way you can communicate any special requests or items that might need to be addressed.

No thank you. You need to have just change oil only as first choice then check box for anything else. I will just go to where I know it’s a oil change.

Thank you for your business and for the reminder that we need to make sure that we are going over all scheduled services with customers at check-in. I assure you our service department had your vehicle's best interest at heart. Ever since Nissan has moved to longer service intervals, they now strongly recommend tire rotations at every service to ensure your tires wear evenly, enabling you to maximize the life of your tires. So these two services do get scheduled together on oil changes. With that being said, we definitely should be making sure customers are aware of the additional cost of the tire rotation and allowing you the option to decline the service should you chose to do so.
