I came in for an oil change only. They came in with a bill for $188.81. That was a shock to me. I didn’t want anything but a oil change not anything else that they did. was not satisfied with customer service whatsoever. i asked to have my oil changed and when i arrived they had me scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. it wasn’t until i questioned the tire rota asked to have my oil changed and when i arrived they had me scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. it wasn’t until i questioned the tire rotation that they let me know it was an extra charge and that “they always schedule those together.” had i not asked, they wouldn’t have made me aware. three of the four people i encountered during my visit were not very friendly. one good takeaway is that bernard was very informative at the end of my visit and educated me on my brakes and oil. over the last few years i have brought my car here a couple times for service and had not been as unsatisfied as i was this time.
