It is always tough when you get two people on the same vehicle, we want to be fair to everyone involved. Yes, our vehicles are considered first come first serve, however our policy is when someone is traveling from a significant distance away to look at a vehicle… if that person calls us when they are on their way to the dealership, then we will give them first opportunity to buy the vehicle they are looking at. We would not feel right having someone that notified us they were on their way to see a vehicle and coming from over an hour away, arrive, only to tell them that we are sorry the vehicle they were interested in is already sold. We are committed to delivering a great customer experience and do not believe in high pressuring our customers. We made no attempt to bully you, in fact, it was quite the opposite… we were upfront with you and told you when you arrived that another person was on their way to look at this vehicle and that we are giving them the first opportunity to purchase it. They took advantage and bought the vehicle before you had the opportunity.
