Not happy, want my vehicle back! Everybody seems friendly. My problem is with the service department. I took my vehicle in for a high milage tune up and new timing belts. Service does not call with updates as they should in my opinion. When I call the shop, I'm told, "We are looking at it, but we have been short staffed.It should be ready soon". They did gave me a loaner vehicle, thank goodness, but I really WOULD like my own car back. I even dropped an email to one of the owners but received no reply. Honestly, 2 months is too long to be working on a vehicle. More
