My headlight was not working My car was in the service department a week ago and they told me I needed tires. So they put 4 new tires on. I was very disappointed a week later when I returned to the service department for the headlight and saw a big sign- Buy 3 tires get 1 for a $1.00. They should have made me aware of this offer and then I would have waited a week to get new tires and saved money. More
Abusive Customer Service I recently brought my Rogue in for a scheduled oil change. While checking in, I asked the employee if she would come outside and check my front tires I recently brought my Rogue in for a scheduled oil change. While checking in, I asked the employee if she would come outside and check my front tires for wear. She did and when we returned inside asked if I had ever done a tire rotation. I replied that I did not know, and perhaps she could check my service file. After doing so she told me that I had never had a tire rotation on this vehicle. I stated that I didn't remember ever being recommended for this particular service, and that if I had I certainly would have done it. This is when a very loud and rude voice shouted from the adjoining office, "You have been told to do a tire rotation, every customer is recommended this every time they have service done". I looked behind me and saw a "gentleman" sitting at his desk. I approached his office and calmly told him that I did not ever remember anyone ever recommending that I do a tire rotation. Without ever getting up from his desk, or introducing himself, he began to abusively and loudly argue with me. The situation became very unpleasant and I asked the employee to please have my oil change done as soon as possible, that I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. This is when the "gentleman" shouted, "We are not doing his oil change, he is leaving!" I was shocked and dismayed. When I asked him his name (again with never getting up from his desk) he grabbed a card and shoved it at me). It turns out this person was the service department manager. I have never in my life been treated so incredibly poorly and rudely from a customer service related company. When I returned home, I called my original sales agent and left him a voicemail describing what had just happened. As of 2 weeks later, he has not returned my call. I also sent the dealership owner a very lengthy and descriptive email of the unbelievable behavior of the service department manager. She also has not had the professionalism or respect to contact me. I will never return to this dealership for service or a purchase and I would never recommend them to friends or family. More

Bad experience I got there at 8am didn’t leave until after three! Didn’t find out until 4 hours after being there my brakes lads were not there and they had to order I got there at 8am didn’t leave until after three! Than should have communicated this with me as soon as they knew. I had to ask multiple times what was going on and each time I was told they were almost done. Yet waited hours more! Than when I left as I was driving down the road I noticed my hood was going up and dow ! I had to pull over to find my hood was not closed! WHAT IF THAT FLEW UP AT ME?! The gentleman that helped me was nice. Needs more training though. He offered me free oil change for taking so long and said he was very very sorry. I felt bad for him actually. He’s only the messenger. Also, my car was not washed or anything when I left. At Dyer Mazda anytime I did any work there there was a complementary wash. I heard other people leave with a car wash. Not sure why I wasn’t even asked, but if this isn’t a free service you provide for paying customers you may want to take hint from Dyer. All in all, I was very disappointed and will not suggest anyone to go there after my experience. More

Great service I thought that my front sensor was out on my 2018 Murano SL so they told me to bring it in. It turns out that there is no front sensor (no beeping) f I thought that my front sensor was out on my 2018 Murano SL so they told me to bring it in. It turns out that there is no front sensor (no beeping) for the front, only the back for my car. They cleaned the car up nicely anyway. More

I used to go to Sutherlin in Vero when the Goomba (Geiko) owned the current Sutherlin Nissan in Fort Pierce. yet this Sutherlin Nissan in Fort Pierce I used to go to Sutherlin in Vero when the Goomba (Geiko) owned the current Sutherlin Nissan in Fort Pierce. yet this Sutherlin Nissan in Fort Pierce is now as bad as when Geiko owned it. It has been approximetely four or five years since going to Sutherlin in Vero, and when I went there the managers were a rare breed compared to the normal dealership. They were fair, HONEST, and always delivered what was told to the customer. You may want to bring this up to the owner, as I am done with Fort Pierce Sutherlin forever.
