Service Department So i called the service department because my A/C was blowing hot air, was told to bring in at 7: 45am and would get a ride to work. Waited until 8.06 So i called the service department because my A/C was blowing hot air, was told to bring in at 7: 45am and would get a ride to work. Waited until 8.06 only for the C/S rep to call the driver for him to tell her he was running late. So if i didnt approach and ask wouldnt know that. I had to take the car unfinished and bring back same evening. The A/C was still warm, not like it ever took that long to cool up even at 90 degree so i went back and told her the air was still warm,she come out with an ATTITUDE like i was bothering her and said it feels pretty cold to her, so i told her i' will take it to my mechanic. Car is just 6 months old, less than 4, 000 miles so shouldnt be problems already. I have no idea what was done to the vehicle in the morning or evening, she just put the key in front of me on the table, i asked if it was done she said yes and would be right back, again I had to go ask if I was good to go. Purchasing the vehicle was one thing, but the service department is poorer than poor, needs people who likes their job and know customer service. Nissan was a first time buy for me, Had my honda for 17 years and up to the last minute on its leg the service from honda couldn't be better. But as they say, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. More
Richard Pagan (not listed) and team never fixed my car after 4 hrs and over $500 charged! They told me I had to pay for my own rental and wait to get my car fixed. I had to go to another dealership to get the car fixed properly for the same exact reason I took it to the Vero location. More
