Bought a "cetified pre owned" Rogue (they charge an extra $1000 for that title, BTW). Within 24 hrs, i realized the drivers heat/defrost was not working. Brought it back within a wk and it was supposedly re $1000 for that title, BTW). Within 24 hrs, i realized the drivers heat/defrost was not working. Brought it back within a wk and it was supposedly repaired, at no cost. A few days later, it stopped working AGAIN. It took me a few months to take it back, but when did, i was informed that it would cost nearly $2000 to fix what they didn't fix in the fist place. I understand that limited warranties only cover so much. However, i was sold a car that did not work 100% AND they didn't properly repair my vehicle when I brought it in the first time...but expected me to pony up $2000 to fix it now. When I told her some of the issues (like my headliner is sagging &weather stripping missing a piece.) I could barely finish a sentence before it getting shot down " We do not fix headliners" this car is under a bumper to bumper warranty! It is 2 years old & without looking at is stated it was not covered. Then she wanted me to buy things that were not needed. Time to go to another dealership. Called the Service Manager and he said & did nothing what a joke this dealership has become. More
Dealership clean nice salesperson (Amy), very helpful. The car wasn’t clean inside. Wasn’t vacuumed and there were stains in the seat, headliner, and door panels. I just had my car serviced at Sutherlin. Jennifer B was the Service Advisor; I must say this was a very pleasant experience. Jennifer was as helpful as anyone could ask for. She gave me good advice, was the Service Advisor; I must say this was a very pleasant experience. Jennifer was as helpful as anyone could ask for. She gave me good advice, was able to save me a couple of bucks & even had the car washed. And they drove me home & picked me up so that I didn't have to spend hours at the service center (thank you Sevin!) I've used the dealership for several years & never been disappointed. More
I had been putting off getting a car because I’ve never enjoyed going to any dealerships but hands down it was the best “shopping for a car” experience in my entire life! Bill, Holden, Bradley, and Javier enjoyed going to any dealerships but hands down it was the best “shopping for a car” experience in my entire life! Bill, Holden, Bradley, and Javier were AWESOME!! There was no pressure at all! They were kind, very professional and truly wanted the best for me! They made me feel like I was the only customer there! I also noticed the unity with the rest of the staff. Everyone was smiling, good attitudes and you could tell they love what they do! I tip my hat to everyone there and I am forever grateful to these folks getting me into my wonderful 2017 Nissan Sentra!! I’m so happy and especially grateful meeting Bradley and Bill! More
