Went for simple oil change I received a coupon in the mail for oil change...needed it soon...had a few hundred miles to go so I called and made apptmt for early...7:45 am. I got there 7:40...told the girl needed simple oil change & my left blinker bulb was out. 2 hours later...after numerous trips to her desk & numerous promises and apologizes, I FINALLY got out of there....was like a really bad dream. I didn't request anythg else but they told me my O ring was leaking...cost for part was $60 but with labor, it would be $360 plus tx. Ok...pass for now. Then they said cost of blinker bulb was $10 but with labor, would be $60....xxx. Then they gave me a bill for $214... For an oil change??? Ok..mistake. Took another 10-15 minutes to get a new bill! I asked for a manager after being so patient....no-sorry...he's very busy....NEVER AGAIN. More

They lent me a car to use as my husband is seriously ill & I need transportation. They were very patient & kept me in the loop as far as the problem went. I also remember it being said that at Sutherlin Nissan, your total satisfaction is our number one goal. I Bobby Morgan would like to give you the chance to honor that Commitment by helping me Resolve my issue with a recently purchased Brand New automobile from your dealership. I purchased a brand new 2018 Nissan Sentra on February 8, 2018. On March 14, 2018 just barely over a month later, this vehicle stalled out while entering onto the highway and had a slight vibration underneath the drivers seat and the front end of the vehicle. The vehicle was brought in for service in which they stated they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle but did rotate the tires. Within a week or two later the vehicle began to Vibrate even more when driven speeds of 65 to 70 mph. Now! Just one month later, the automatic emergency braking system/crash warning lights have all come on at least 15–20 times ( Photos to prove it) even when the vehicle is at zero mph. I am an account manager myself and I deal with clients on a daily basis so therefore I do believe in the chance to rectify a situation. On May 18, 2018 after just having had enough with this vehicle and not feeling safe for me or my family to drive it, this is what I was told by the service manager… 1) it was the roads being driven on causing the vibration. Not sure about that since we all here in Florida drive on the same roads 2) it was a bug covering the warning sensor causing the warning lights to come on which immediately came back on within 45 minutes of leaving the dealership today even after I was told it was fixed. 3) maybe having the tires changed could have caused The vibration in which I had NOT gotten my tires changed other than when I first brought the vehicle in for service after only having the car for only one month and it was done by Sutherlin Nissan 4) Lastly, they just didn’t know and I could take MY $23,000 BRAND NEW VEHICLE somewhere else for a second opinion. Amazing!! There should be a level of comfort/ confidence when purchasing a brand new car or if not we all could just go down the street to a local buy here pay here and roll the dice. I was considering taking legal actions first thing Monday morning But decided that I would like to see if Sutherlin Nissan would honor their commitment which you post on the back of your invoices. The only bright side to this whole ordeal if you could say it would be my sales person Miguel and Mr. Aaron DiMarco who both were outstanding even down to the car detailing folks in the back. I do understand that the customer may not always be right but the customer does have a RIGHT to be heard and treated fairly. If it is found that the customer is right then He/she should be treated fairly and made whole by having the wrong made right. This WILL be the third and final Nissan I ever purchase. Lousy communication and empty promises I bring my vehicle to Sutherlin Nissan of Vero only because my car is still covered under the warranty. However, every time I bring my vehicle to the service department there is a problem with communication. The last time I brought my vehicle in I told them what the problem was. They had it for three days and told me it was fixed I got it back that weekend and it still gave me the same problem on Sunday. I have scheduled service for today and I requested a loaner vehicle because I have a two-year-old. One cannot expect him to behave waiting around in the service department. I was assured that a loaner would be waiting for me when I arrived. I called on my way in to confirm that they would have a vehicle. I was told "sorry, no, we don't have any loaner vehicles available right now". So now I am left with my two-year-old to go back home and not get my car serviced because they apparently do not care about customer service and communication. I work for a living and Fridays are my only day off to get things like this done so I'm hoping they call me today to let me know they have a vehicle to loan me so I can bring mine in for service today. More

They got us a loaner car before leaving the car lot for the length of time needed to fix it. Now, the detail job made our truck look like it just came off the production line. I am impressed to say the least. It's been about a week now and the detail is still holding up. I'll be back next time it needs anything. More

He can give you perishable part quotes or price without a VIN number, because they are so many....really dumb xxx? For a battery connector you need the VIN nmber? I've called Nissan of Melbourne, and within 2min I got the price, the part, everything, and NO VIN number. Drove over there picked it up, went home , and installed. Maybe he believes that everybody is xxxxxxxx like he is. Yes its you Howard H.Raugh III, parts manager. I've also asked the service consultant why does the 2012 Altima has the fuses on + of the battery? He does not know. Why should I waste my time with this dealer? crazy answer, crazy requests to perform service. Can I give zero stars, or better yet ...minus? More
