Called yesterday (11/30) explained to the service department exactly what the problem was and what needed to happen to repair the problem. When I arrived at the dealership the service man told me that they would need to order the parts. GREAT I am now out the cost of another days hotel, food, and time. Had the employee checked to see that the parts were in the building and realized that they needed to be ordered he could of saved me the time, and money. Proper planning prevents poor performance.
