Customer service We did not have an appointment but were greeted by Sabrina and she was wonderful. Very friendly and accomodating. Gave us a timeline and it was kept. She came to us with paperwork that explained recommended repairs. We chose not to do them at that time but will follow up since she explained the importance very clearly. Unorganized. Promises not kept We usually deal with Richard and have had great customer service. This time we dealt with a sweet girl name Sabrina. We took our car in because of concerns of a ticking in the engine and loose door handles. We have another Nissan so we left it there. Sabrina told us she would keep us informed every step of the way. We were out doing errands all day so on since we had heard nothing, we called the dealership and got stuck on hold. We stopped by and was told a test was being run on the engine. She would keep us informed. When we got home Sabrina had left a message on our landline stating a test was being done. Still no call so the next day we called again. We were told the tech drove it and heard nothing, so sabrina again said the engine test was going to be run. Then. Sabrina called and said the found nothing so she was going to have it washed and we could pick it up. Several hours later we went to pick it up. She went off to get the keys and was gone for about 10 minutes. Finally she pointed at the car handed us our keys but it was blocked in and there was no car wash. This morning my husband drove the car and it’s clearly clicking. We just really believe your service department is unorganized. The car was kept two nights the door handles are loose compared to our other Nissan but we were told its normal and they could find no clicking. It’s frustrating. More
Service was quick and detailed Check engine light was on and the dealership scheduled the work immediately. They performed the diagnostic tests required in a timely fashion. My vehicle actually looked better after the service then before. They washed and cleaned the vehicle inside and out. Will definitely use them for all my service work in the future. More

QUICK AND RELIABLE SERVICE...EVERY TIME Have been using Sutherlin Nissan service department for all of my service needs since purchasing my third Nissan from them. Never had an issue and the Have been using Sutherlin Nissan service department for all of my service needs since purchasing my third Nissan from them. Never had an issue and the vehicle is ready as promised every time, unless they find an issue. They always notify me (other customers, I'm sure, as well) if they find something that is not part of the scheduled maintenance and we talk over the options. I am never pressured to go ahead with further maintenance, but usually do for they are the pros. I know they are not trying to get extra business, but instead are just promoting good will. More

As a lease I am responsible for body damage so i was much concerned. However the Service Director honored my request to remove and replace. More
