Terrible Customer Service I called ahead of time around 10 am in the morning to set up an appointment. I was told to come in at 1 pm to have services done on my car. Once I got I called ahead of time around 10 am in the morning to set up an appointment. I was told to come in at 1 pm to have services done on my car. Once I got there the service representative by the name of Katrina was very dismissive as I told her I was there for my appointment and handed her my keys. I spoke with people that had a later appointment time than myself and leave earlier than me. No one in service seem to know where my car was when I asked Katrina if mind checking up on my car for me she very rudely said sure but never came back to give me an update I was there for two almost three hours. She also got into a verbal altercation with a customer where she basically called the customer a liar. The service department seem to be ran but a nutcase. I will never step foot back at this Nissan. When I made a complaint to Eric he said my next service would be free of charge which I don’t understand cause I pay for maintenance and service monthly. Nissan is slowly losing devoted customers. When I was scheduled to relocate to Vero Beach they introduced me to Sutherlin Nissan to ensure the quality of customer service and support I had become accustomed. Scheduled maintenance on my Maxima Staff was very friendly and courteous. However, six hours to change drive belts seems rediculous. Don’t know if it’s a time management issue or a me Staff was very friendly and courteous. However, six hours to change drive belts seems rediculous.
