It was awful! I called 5 times begining at 9Am on Monday 12/17/18 to see if my vehicle was ready. I was placed on hold the fist time for 25 minutes, called again an I called 5 times begining at 9Am on Monday 12/17/18 to see if my vehicle was ready. I was placed on hold the fist time for 25 minutes, called again and was placed on hold 15 minutes, 3rd call, I was told they would call me back. No call back. 4th Call, Princess kept me on hold for about 15 minutes, came back on the pphone and asked if and I quote, " If I was sure I dropped my vehicle off there for repair." At that point, I called back and asked for management. I spoke with Eric hope promptly found the ticket for my vehicle and ushered it in right away to be fixed and cleaned. He called me back promptly and within 20 minutes my vehicle was ready for pick up. Apparently the weekend staff did not communicate with staff that came in on Monday. When someone calls to inquire if their vehicle is ready, seems to me should be a simple yes or no question. This is not the first time we have had issues with this service department. When we purchased our Nissan Frontier it had scratched bed rails and was missing a spare tire. We were told to bring it in and that would be taken care of. We made appointments but when we would get there would get one excuse after another such as parts aren't in, or they couldn't find them. After 3 attempts we gave up. Oddly enough, we just bought a Pathfinder in the spring of 2018. Now we are considering trading our Frontier for a Titan but we just may need to go elsewhere. Service after the sale is important and what keeps people coming back. I feel this is not a priority at Sutherlin Nissan. More
